Skipping background screen when changing servers?

So right now, on my server, I have player's automatically connecting between servers like so:

However, you can very clearly notice a change in the server (the screen goes to that brown background before changing servers).

I was looking around, and MineZ was able to make something like this:

Where there is no transition screen, and chunks seem to be somehow preloaded.

Does anyone have any idea how to...
