Were do I get Bungee Support?

Hey guys,
Just wondering where I get support for Bungee? I only ask because I've opened tickets, made threads and seen tickets/github issues with the same problem as me go unanswered.
It's getting really frustrating and slightly depressing that I haven't received a response for something that seems to be pretty major
