Question about portforwarding

So I have decided that I want a bungee server. I have an excellent VPS with 4 GBS of ram and a nice internet connection. I was wondering when setting up bungee do I have to portforward 25565 and the server I am trying to connect to if it were port 25566 on the same machine would I need to forward both ports?
