BungeePortals Help

Hey,

I am just installing BungeePortals as my new portals plugin on my network. I made a test portal in one location and can't remove it. /bportals remove {name} dosen't work, I've also tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin but the data is remembered?

Any help is welcome,
