BungeeCord separate inventory/change

Hello,

After using just Spigot for years, I'm wanting to use BungeeCord and setup some additional servers. I'm running into an issue, which is quite annoying. Whenever I add BungeeCord, the inventories are new on my main survival server, however if I remove BungeeCord the inventories are back and work fine. I'm not sure why the inventories are cleared when BungeeCord is in use, I don't use any plugin to manage inventories -- the data is stored in the worlds playerdata folder I assume.
