Problem with Setting up the server

Sorry if this is in the wrong section.. I have no idea where this should go, and it's my first post on the forums.

Anyways, whenever i try to start up the run.bat with a Batch code, it will either come up and disappear, or say the "java" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable command or batch file.

Anyone know whats wrong?
