Bungeecord error?

Hi

i have 4 servers
hub
bungeecord
factions
skyblock

if people login in the hub they cant, it says this person has 8 accounts. and every account has the same IP so its very weird,. and they cant connect to the factions server the server says that they are banned. but they are not banned help me!
