BungeeCord Error

How do I fix this when ever I try to join my bungee server...

Here is exact messege:

Exception Connecting:RuntimeException : Server is online mode! @net.md_5.bungee.ServerConnector:188

I have set the online-mode to false but it still doesnt work, also I have restarted, help.
