I'm doing something wrong here...

Well, I linked a Hub server to my BungeeCord server just fine. It started up, I connected and logged out and stopped them both. So then I added a Factions server, which runs but doesn't connect to Bungee, I guess. In the config and apparently (I don't know how) I screwed it up. Here's my Config.yml:
