Is it possible to return bungeecord connection?

Hello,
I wanted to make a configuration, where the default server is mine and
the fallback server is the server from anyone that joins.
So everyone has a different fallback server, but the same default server.
Is this possible?

I thought it could work with localhost (0.0.0.0), because everyone has a different localhost....
