Trying to connect a few servers, but can't get /server, and cannot connect to the BungeeCord server.

I have it running, and everything. I have the config linking the servers, etc. When I go on another server, /server isn't a command. Please help. Here is my config for the bungeecord server. http://pastebin.com/XCECBz9J
