First of all, I would like to thank you for looking into my problem. So recently people have been getting the "connection throttled" message and I use Spigot and have the BungeeCord setting in all of them but this only seems to happen on the first login to the Hub. In the BungeeCord config.yml it is set to "0" and I tried "-1" and "4000" and it happens with everyone! Suggestions?
