Sessiontimeout / Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException

So I just created my bungee for two server and both of them have these issues:

Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException

and

Sessiontimeout

they happen at random intervals. I have set the connection throttle to 4000 in bungeecord config file. I do not know why this is happening. Player are being getting these errors for no reason at random, some of them are get these consecutively.
