BungeeCord kick players each random time (ReadTimeOut: null and more errors)

Hello
My server is taking players from time to time (never specified)
Errors that gives me the console are:

• IOException connection reset by peer
• ReadTimeout: null
• You are already connected now (False, server kick me and can't enter)
