[SOLVED] Bungee Cord Online-Mode

I am trying to set up bungee cord on my server to link 2 servers I have together (will be getting more later). I have installed bungee cord but whenever I try to log on it says:
Exception Connecting:RunTimeException : Server is online mode! @net.md.bungee.ServerConnector:204
I have followed multiple tutorials on setting up the bungee config and I have set online-mode:false on the server. Any solutions?
