[Help] zPermissions and Bungeecord

Hi, can someone please help me I cannot find a tutorial on how to use MySQL to link my 2 servers to have a shared database for permissions e.g. supporter etc. I have never used MySQL and have no idea... Anyone that can do it can freely have a months worth of VIP membership on my server worth $30. I have a minigames server and a skyblock server.
