What Am I Doing Wrong?

Hello,
I am currently running my own BungeeCord server with three servers: Lobby, Survival, and OPFactions.

I have portforwarded 25565 to my IP, and put my IP from IPChicken.org into the host option. I tell my friend to connect to that IP, no such luck. I have tried 192.168.1.4:25565, 0.0.0.0:25565, 0.0.0.0, 127.0.0.1, 127.0.0.1:25565 but no such luck. I have a NETGEAR WNR2000v4. I also have the correct IP options in my other Spigot servers (Lobby Survival and OPFactions) and the correct host...

What Am I Doing Wrong?
