Failed to Connect to server:

So I just created my BungeeCord server hosted by MCPROHOSTING and it gives me the following error when I join:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: no further information:

I don't have any idea on how to fix it. Can someone please help? Also, I don't know allot about this stuff, as I am new and am not tech savvy, so if you can explain to me step-by-step how to fix it. Here is my console:
