Bungeecord startup error

Hi,

I'm getting an error upon starting up my VPS with bungee cord. Here is the error: http://pastebin.com/xRcwkQ5R. As I'm sure you can see the error is 'stats', although, I am unaware how to fix this issue. I've tried placing a # before the line, however, this just sets off an error in another line.
