Player IP issue

Hi there, on my server I use BungeeCord to connect to the Default Server which is named (hub). My issue is that when any player joins the server and you do the command /seen <player_name> on the default server through the plugin Essentials, it says that the players IP address is the servers IP address..... How could I find this so that I can see a players default ip? And what will be causing this.
