"You are not white-listed..."

For the life of me, I can't get vanilla MC servers behind BC to work correctly with either BC restricted mode, or with MC white-list turned on.

I've tried every combination of white-list on / off and server restricted on / off I can without success. With white-list enabled on the Hub no one can connect unless I disable the white-list, allow them to connect then re-enable the white-list. Even then it seems that after a server restart, I have to repeat the process again.
