When a player joins the first time after a restart of Bungeecord the cpu usage is very high for a few seconds (around 50% with one player!). When he rejoins, the usage doesnt get that high (around 2-10%). This does stack up when more players join at the same time. If many players join at the same time, it gets unhandleble.
When tested with online mode false, the cpu doesn't get over 5% on join.
For testing I used a freshly installed Bungeecord Build 1028 with no plugins and no config changes....
