Redirecting specific players to specific servers

Is there a way I can set BungeeCord up so I can give the same IP to all of my friends, but have them on different servers automatically on join?

For example,
Steve joins and gets connected to Server A without going through a lobby
Jack joins and gets connected to Server B also without going through a lobby
Arthur joins and gets connected to Server C.
