BungeeCord + Votifier proving impossible .....

I have spent massive amounts of time trying to get this to work. I am running a bungee server (obviously). Here is a picture that Mutlicraft tells me my Ip and Port are for the hub server.

I have votesend and Votifier. On the hub server I input the Ip and port above.
