Custom TAB List for each server. Is it possible?

Hello guys!

I'm thinking about the custom tab list on each server and I really need that.

For instance:
HUB server: TAB List will contains the all players in the network.
Other servers: TAB List will contains only current players.

Is it possible? If yes, maybe you have some ideas how to do that?
