BungeeSecurityManager enforcement

Hi dere,

I was just wondering if it's possible for the bungeecord developers to add a feature where you as server owner can toggle the BungeeSecurityManager enforcement.
My private plugins sometimes require a thread in order to run, however with this manager enabled my console is being spammed just way too much with warning message.
