Error (Timed Out)

Hey guys, im using bungeecord, with 5 server connected on it.
i dont know which info i have to provide to help me fix this error faster.
Thats the error, some random Players are constantly getting disconnected from the server with this error "Timed out" im asking cuz i dont know how to fiz that.
