Bungee Cord question

I am currently hosting my own VM VPS's on centos 7, I have more than enough resources to do or host extreme servers. I have been creating separate vm for each server for say like skyblock. I have tried multiple different combination of making bungee cord work. I have had no issues in those permutations. I have a couple questions , if anyone is interested in giving me their advice.
