Players Inventory's reset?

I get this error in bungeecord?
19.05 15:19:31 [Server] WARNING [Ping Handler] -> Factions - read timed out 19.05 15:19:36 [Server] WARNING [Ping Handler] -> Factions - read timed out 19.05 15:19:41 [Server] WARNING [Ping Handler] -> Factions - read timed out 19.05 15:19:46 [Server] WARNING [Ping Handler] -> Factions - read timed out

And then players loose inventorys.
