[Help] Good Dedicated Server

Hello, i have three dedicated servers and i'm running 2 bungeecord instances on two of them, one of the instance get's lag spikes and the players are kicked out...
I'm planning to get one more machine, just for bungeecord...
One with the following system:
CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1230 3.10 Ghz 4 Core 8 Threads
8 GB of RAM
2 x 1 TB HDD
1 Gbps Connection

I want this to handle 800 players, is this OK?
