Server Wide Cosmetics/Settings

Hi -

I was wondering if anyone knew a plugin that I could download that had customizable cosmetics and player options that would enable them on the whole network?

For example, in Lobby, I turn on heart particles, then I go to Skyblock, I would still have these particles available for use. Same with visibility settings, except it stays on the setting when you change servers...

By customizable, I meant I can change the GUIs, I can change the messages, etc.

Also... This is irrelative, but...
