BungeeCord & Permissions

I am a little confused on permissions with BungeeCord.

I have BungeeCord working with a Hub and One other FTB Server.

Everything is working as it should I can log in out of the different servers.

I am using PermissinsEX but only have it on the Hub & FTB server. I have added myself as an owner but it still shows up as default.
