Multiple bungeecord ?

I have a question and please forgive me if it's a stupid one, but I can't seem to find the right answer anywhere

I have a Bungeecord network today with one Bungeecord and 93 active servers. On daily basis there are about 2000 visitors coming online to play.
Recently I've been experiencing a little lag, but it does not come from the servers and the plugins which makes me wonder if it might be because of the many servers on one Bungee. The plugins on the Bungee also has nothing to do with...
