Mutiple Proxy Playercount

Hello!,

does anyone know how to get the total playercount for more than 1 proxy?
for example

I have a Network and we have 3 locations

NA, EU & AU.

Lets say 37 people were on the AU proxy and 0 were on the NA or EU proxies.

I would like the NA & EU proxies to also show the 37 players online in the server list

or if there were 37 on au, 22 on US & 3 on EU it'd say on all 3 of the proxies 62 players online.

Just like:
na.badlion.net
au.badlion.net
or
us.mineplex.com
eu.mineplex.com...
