I cant join my server..

Please help me!
When i join my server 1 it say you have connected too fast while the server 2 is if u wish to use ip forward, please enable it in your bungeecord config as well. PLEASE HELP ME TO SEE WHETHER THE CODING IS WRONG OR NOT. Thanks :]

I cant join my server..
