Bungeecord (not working)

Hello,

I'm trying to bungeecord my servers I did everything right, I checked loads of times, anyways it says:

"If you wish to IP forwarding, please enable it in your bungeecord config as well."

And yes, I did enable ip forwarding in the bungeecord config. Anyone know what is wrong, here ill put my bungeecord config.
