/towny issue

Currently, I'm running different game modes and towny is one of them, but I'm having an issue on the towny server.

The issue is when on towny the towny command is the main command for towny plugin, but since /towny on bungee brings you to the server, would it be possible to block the bungee /towny command on towny so it can be used for towny plugin?
