setting up bungeecord

Hello! So I have followed tutorials on how to make bungee cord server, currently, I have bungee, lobby, factions. I have them all linked, So the player is joining bungee cord, he is getting redirected to lobby. There is a portal, that connects the player to Factions. So far so good.

Now, I want to fix bungee cord exploit, I tried OnlyProxyJoin and added IP address of (tried lobby & bungee cord), did not manage to work. On Factions spigot.yml file I have set bungee cord to true.
