IPWhitelist not working need help!!

Hello,,

i have bungeecord network.
and i downloaded IPWhitelist to save my server from hackers!
and the IPWhitelist only works on Auth server
but in my Hub server everytime i try to join it kicks me
" you have to join though the proxy "

same config on Auth is on Hub too.
if u need more information ask please.
