/broadcast No plugins installed but getting from authme: "you don´t have permission..."

hi, i have no plugins installed. I only installed authme and if i do:
/broadcast x
i get the authme-message: "you don´t have permission..."

So where comes this command from?

Solved:
It comes from Bungeechat. I only checked my backendserver-plugins.
