1 server closes down after i open another

so i am running a 1.8.9 bungeecord server, and its wierd, that when I open 1 server (like factions for example) then open hub, factions stays running, but the hub shuts down and says press any key to continue, and it does this vise versa like if i started hub first and factions next then the hub stays online and the factions server says press any key to continute. This may have something to do with the Jpanel plugin I just added but it shouldnt.

Any fixes? please help
