1.14+ bungeecord .jar

Hi I seen that many big/medium networks now run 1.14 bungeecord.

I checked this link but it tells me nothing on how to actually update from 1.13.2 bungeecord to 1.14 even if it's a dev version (unstable)

all it shows me is how to upgrade it but I want to know how to physically update the .jar file that way any 1.14+ client can connect using 1.14 only but I can't not seem to...
