Can I use Towny on my 1.14 BungeeCord server? Can my servers be different versions?

I have just started a 1.14.2 BungeeCord server on my computer. I have 3 servers so far: Lobby, Creative and Towny. But I'm wondering if I could use Towny on my 1.14 BungeeCord server, because as I checked on the Towny website (http://towny.palmergames.com/dev-build-towny-advanced-0-92-0-14-1-11-2/), the latest version only supports up to 1.13. I know some 1.14 Towny servers and Towny works perfectly fine even though it says on the website it supports up to 1.13? Am I allowed...
