can't use commands or type in chat {Please Help}

recenty i got a problem that players can't type commands or in chat and its shows blank nothing in console

-There is no error displayed
-My chat settings are set to shown
-The console doesn't recognize that I'm even typing something in
-I can't use commands
-I am op
