So I've searched all over and can't find the answer so hoping someone here has it. Basically when using Spigot/Paper the mob spawn rates on my multiplayer server are terrible. I just switched to CraftBukkit and immediately the issues were fixed but I was getting hideous lag using it so had to switch back to Spigot. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? All my mob settings seem normal and I've changed the spawn range back to 8 from 6. I just want them to be in line with vanilla rates
