Some Players kicked by proxy when they join my survival until I delete their player.dat

Really weird one here, I have a survival & creative server on my proxy, but sometimes randomly people on the creative will get "stuck" where when they log in, they will be instantly disconnected. The only fix I have found is wiping their player.dat, which is really weird why this would conflict with proxy.

There are no plugins kicking them, its a normal disconnect.
