Weird Ping Issue

So, as of the past 2 weeks, I started making my own server network via home hosting and using bungee.

Here is how everything is set up at this time:

The player connects to the Bungee server IP on a server host then bungee directs the connection over to my home internet where I have the Hub and other servers like skyblock etc linked.

The Bungee server and My home internet are close together and I get 25ms ping to it, though it doubles when I play because of Home ---> Bungee ----> Home and...
