Send item from server 1 to server 2?

Hallo,

So i got this idee to add an "Crate" system in the lobby server (Server 1). These crates give random items wich should de send to the players row in a database. On the game server (Server 2) i would like to claim the item wich i just randomly got out of an crate.

Does someone have any idea how i could make / do this?
