Conecting spigot servers

So I have 1 spigot server soon to be 2 and I need a way to connect them with something like bungeecord I want to be able to connect them with NPC like bungeecord etc and all of the features that bungeecord has to offer on my spigot server


I am a server / plugin noob so I need the ins and outs of it all.
