Why my plugin as been deleted ?!

Hello !

I would like to know why the plugin I posted yesterday named "SimpleMOTD" was removed from the resources?
I took a long time to create it, knowing that this is my very first Plugin.

So, I would like to know why it was deleted without me being notified ?!
